A Blustery Day

Dear Dysfunctional,
Windy days; in most people's lives, they are vastly under appreciated. But really, blustery days are perhaps one of the most fascinating. A late evening walk while the wind toys with the trees, sounding its approach with a rustle of leaves which builds behind your back like a powerful wave. The whole experience is almost contradictory; the constant motion and wild nature of the wind does not cause chaos and disruption, but instead is oddly calming. You can allow the wind to play with your hair and your coat, watch it pull the trees and sweep the grass. But you can be perfectly content just to watch. You don't have to move or think, you can be passive for a while and me the air pull you like it does to the local fauna. Well, perhaps this is just me; but for some reason windy days fill me with nostalgia. But maybe that's just because I love Winnie the Pooh.
Oh Bother,
